It's funny here, the long-awaited May Mega sale is right around the corner and join the prime visibility spots on the Grab app for grateful merchants. Simply offer a 20 or 30% off storewide and for all Spotlight campaigns you'll only be billed for successful orders. For this campaign you'll be charged up to 5% of the order when a customer checks out their order. Keen to sign up? You can sign up now from 4th April through the marketing tile in the Grand Merchant app. And fret not, we definitely did not forget our grandma merchants. For our grandma merchants simply offer 15% discount cab $100 and you only built for successful orders. For this campaign, you'll be charged up to $1.50 of the order when a customer checks out their order. You can now sign up from 16 April through the marketing tile in the Great Merchant app. Next up we have our upcoming Labor Day campaign for grandma merchants. From premium daily pics to artisanal snacks. Take part in this campaign running from 28 April to 4th May by offering 25% off of 40% off selected items. Discount can be $100. There is no CPO charge for this campaign and you simply have to fund the discount. You can't sign up now. From from now until 4th May, do the marketing tile in the Grand Merchant app. And of course, we're here to make gifting easier this Mother's Day too. So join us for our upcoming Mother's Day campaign from 1st to 11th May. Simply offer 15% off or 30% off storewide discount, capped by $100. You'll only be billed for successful orders and for this campaign you'll be charged up to $2.00 of the order when a customer checks out their order. You can set up now to the marketing tool and the Great Merchant app. To join any of these campaigns, simply follow these steps. First, click into the Marketing towel on your Graph Merchant app homepage. Next, tab on Show All to view all Spotlight campaigns. Finally, click into the relevant campaign, review the campaign details and sign up. And moving on the product updates, I'm excited to introduce the Grab Loyalty solution designed to revolutionize how you connect with your customers and drive repeat business. I'll grab Lawyer Solution is the latest product update that allows you to build stronger customer relationships and encourage repeat business by entering your customers to easily earn rewards across their platform. With your brand, you can foster a deeper engagement and drive significant business growth through a simple and effective system. Here's a more detailed explanation. When customers see similar value across options, that's when it's important for you to stand out and create a reason for customers to keep coming back to you. That's another customer. When there is no loyalty program, there is no return incentive. Meanwhile, physical STEM cuts may be inconvenient. And with many loyalty solutions out there, the sign up process can be complex and tedious. However, a digital stamp card integrated into a familiar platform like the Grab app offers similar convenience while driving repeat business to your store. Customers first brochure the menu and decide what to order and after deciding what to eat, customers place the order at the summary page. A pop-up will appear asking the customers to join the loyalty club and after placing their order, their digital stamp is instantly updated with a stamp for their purchase. And here's how it works ordering in store. Upon payment, customers can scan the QR code at the checkout counter and after scanning, you'll need them to the loyalty information page. Customers are then able to join loyalty program upon giving their consent and then they can choose between paying with Grab or at the cashier. It's as simple as that. Feel free to book a consultation with us by simply scanning the QR code now on your screen and alternatively, you can easily sign up through the link that we have sent in the chat. Next on operational updates, we'll be sharing on how you can understand and check cancelled transactions and compensations. We understand that order cancellations can happen, but don't worry, eligible cancel orders are now automatically compensated. So fret not, you do not. You do not need to take extra steps for this. The compensation will be credited directly to your bank account at the end of the following week as shown. If the order is cancelled on a Thursday, you will get your full reimbursement by the following Sunday. Now you're probably wondering, where can you find the cancelled transactions? Let us guide you through the process. Firstly, log into your Great Merchant portal and navigate to the Finance section on the left. Click on the Transactions button on top and next to view your transactions details. Click See Link Transactions on the bottom of your page and compensations will be reflected as adjustments.
