Harvey today (25 March) announced $200 million in new funding co-led by returning investors GIC and Sequoia. The round values Harvey at $11 billion and includes participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue, Conviction Partners, Elad Gil, Evantic, and Kleiner Perkins. Harvey says that the investment will be used to expand the agents customers run on Harvey and grow the embedded legal engineering teams supporting them globally. I'm a bit behind posting because we just hosted a webinar with Harvey funnily enough. Their momentum is huge. Thoughts? #legaltech #legaltechnology #genai #generativeai https://lnkd.in/dGut-pKV

Partnership Capital, for me, is about working with owners who want to stay firmly in control but value having a committed partner alongside them. The most rewarding part of my role is seeing how thoughtful capital, experienced voices around the table and practical help with things like senior hires or expansion enable already strong teams to pursue bigger, bolder plans. The stories in this film bring that to life: owners staying in control, using us as a minority partner to help them tackle specific challenges and grow their businesses in a way that still feels true to them.
Minority investing provides ambitious businesses with the flexible funding and resources needed to turbocharge growth while allowing them to maintain control. At Inflexion, our Partnership Capital strategy is built around true alignment between investors and founders. As Partner and Head of Partnership Capital, David Whileman says, success in minority investing comes down to trust, collaboration and really taking the time to listen and understand the business, its people and its ambitions. ➡️ Learn more about our Partnership Capital Fund here: https://lnkd.in/giYnKVAe #BackingAmbition #AcceleratingGrowth
