After seven years, today is my last day at iCIMS. It's been a career-defining run. I came in as a traditional DBA and leave having worked across a wide range of relational, NoSQL, and cloud-native database technologies — building the kind of breadth that only comes from working in a fast-moving environment with people who push you. I owe a lot to my manager, Steve Cusick, for his trust and leadership, to Chris Young, Jay Wexler, Louis Caliandro, Cian McCabe, Naveed Chaudhry, Peter Tierno, and Michael P., for being such great teammates and collaborators over the years, and finally to Justin Procacci, Seth Washeck, and Shem Ongoro, for helping me become a better DBA and for being such good friends. There are many others I could name, and I feel slightly guilty for leaving them out. iCIMS has had no shortage of talented, dedicated people, and I feel fortunate to have worked alongside so many of them.
