The energy system is broken. Today, 52% of UK adults worry about paying their energy bills. Prices remain 44% higher than before the energy crisis. Meanwhile, 6.1 million households are in fuel poverty, and energy debt has climbed to a record £4.4bn. Behind these numbers are real sacrifices people are being forced to make every day. These are trade offs you shouldn’t have to make. It feels normal but it’s a choice that the energy industry has made for you. At Fuse, we’re building an energy system that removes these trade-offs altogether, delivering reliable, affordable power today while strengthening the foundations for what comes next. The system is broken and "Regional Pricing" may have alleviated some of the issue but the government refused it as it would have had energy more expensive than Scotland down south and we can't have that ! 61p standing charge near £222 a year just to be online 🤯
Fuse Energy Greetings Team I would like to discuss regards to f1 Monaco gp 2026.
It's alarming to see how many households are struggling with energy costs, especially with such stark figures on fuel poverty and debt. Fuse's approach to creating a more sustainable and affordable energy system is crucial—it's time we prioritize accessibility and reliability for everyone.
Leadership is broken too. I am in the game of Rethinking Leadership where I work with founders and leadership teams at the point where growth starts to stretch energy, clarity and decision-making. Lets talk.
Fun fact Fuse Energy, Energy Systems do not break. They work to the extent that they have been designed. They are flexible systems and can be adapted to socio-economic or political circumstances. The problem you are highlighting is not the fact that the Energy System is broken, but that its current function is not benefiting society at-large due to the current socio-economic and political circumstances at play today. The question that should be asked is, why are the current economic and political cirsumstances the way they are today? What can be changed to tilt the scales for the better?
