One thing I have come to appreciate recently is how different a conversation feels when you actually see someone face-to-face on a call. A lot of day-to-day communication happens over email or quick phone calls when everyone is pressed for time. But when you sit down on a Teams call and properly talk something through, the conversation tends to go in a very different direction.
