Since joining Form, Kristen has played a pivotal role in building and scaling our accounting function to support our growth from an early-stage technology company to a commercial manufacturing organization. With more than 20 years of industry experience – spanning SunPower, KPMG, and her own independent consulting practice – she brings a deep well of technical expertise across energy, manufacturing, and financial management. In her expanded role, Kristen will continue to guide the rigor and controls around our financial operations as we scale domestic manufacturing and deploy our multi-day energy storage systems.
