I am proud to have managed and overseen the on site construction of both phases of the Roslyn UFSD Capital Improvements Project - Site Reconstruction.
The Roslyn CIP Phase 2 Reconstruction project provided a full reconstruction of the existing baseball and tennis facilities.
The reconstruction of the tennis facility provided an additional court for a total of 7 new courts constructed, as well as new sitting areas for both players and spectators.
Facility Lighting upgrades consist of 3 new 50’ Musco Lighting poles with security lighting as well as two new walkway lamp posts.
The reconstruction of the existing grass & clay baseball field provided a synthetic turf multipurpose facility for baseball and soccer. The facility was outfitted with a new custom bleacher set for sports viewing and depressed dugouts with batting circles, as well as sporting equipment including a new 75’ batting tunnel. A new multipurpose scoreboard in Center field was constructed with upgraded site lighting: 6 new Musco Lighting poles (4 - 70’ poles, 2 - 80’ poles) and 3 new site ground box receptacles.
In all, approximately 1500 Cubic Yards of concrete was poured on site between the two new facilities to construct approximately 1,272 Linear feet of retaining walls, as well as walkways, curbs, ramps, driveways, staircases, and structural supports for lighting poles and the new scoreboard.

Proud to share completion photos from the field upgrades at Roslyn High School. These improved facilities will serve students and the community for years to come — and that's what it's all about.
Park East has had the privilege of delivering projects for the Roslyn School District for many years, and we're grateful for their continued trust and partnership. A big thank you to all the trades who helped bring this one across the finish line.

Projects of this magnitude—spanning over 14 miles and connecting entire regions—are vital for economic growth, connectivity, and development. They represent the kind of vision, planning, and execution that moves entire communities forward.
