I had the most amazing and inspiring week in Madrid attending our BCD Meetings & Events Global Summit 2025. Starting the week with my fellow Asia Pacific Leadership Team before joining other global and regional leaders created an electric environment. We discussed everything from AI, Sustainability, Global Event Trends and Innovation, engaged in a CSR activity with the Spainish Red Cross and took a moment to celebrate our partners who help us create moments that matter for our customers. I leave energised for the year ahead as we bring our Thinking Forward strategy to life. Behind every great event there is a great team who work in the shadows. So special thanks to Joy Coleman Bijal Vaghela Elisa Honegger Anthony Slocombe for allowing us to fully engage and immerse ourselves in the summit with confidence
