Fascinating insights from the EY 2024 Mobility Reimagined Survey! It's clear that mobility agility is a cornerstone for building business resilience and driving better outcomes for both employees and organizations. The survey's emphasis on the strategic importance of mobility functions and their integration with broader workforce strategies is particularly compelling. As someone passionate about workforce mobility, I'm eager to see how these insights will shape future talent management practices and help organizations navigate the complexities of a global workforce. Thank you, EY, for leading the way in reimagining mobility!

📌 Internal mobility isn’t just retention, it’s reinvention. The idea of growing within rather than moving out is powerful. More companies need to build ecosystems where talent evolves, not exits. EY 👍🏻

That’s great but , i was part of EY for 4 years and i had to move out according to my seniors there were no options to change switch role or relocate even knowing i can better perfrom in any other department. First of all EY should make counsellors trained for betterment of there under counselles as they cant see there under trainee to walk to other department or get better international exposure so they dont even try. EY is great company i planned to retire with it but lack of support and opportunities from upper management i cant say about other countries but in india leave no choice but to leave not just me but there are many like me who love EY and dont want to leave But left unsatisfied by negligence of higher authority. Wish best for other EYians to use this step by the firm.

Completely agree with this perspective. In fact, I’m about to publish a research report that not only confirms these findings, but also highlights that more than 60% of the workforce wish they hadn’t had to leave their company due to relocation, and nearly 80% wish they had been given the opportunity to grow or switch roles within the same organization. Mobility isn’t just about moving talent, it’s about building flexible, growth-oriented paths that retain and develop the workforce. Excited to see this conversation gaining more attention.
