Ericsson is helping to secure U.S. technology leadership for the next decade by strengthening critical infrastructure resilience. This week, Ericsson was honored to host senior leaders from the U.S. Administration, including Under Secretary of State Jacob Helberg, at our USA 5G Smart Factory in Lewisville, Texas. This highly automated, 300,000 sq ft site, builds 5G radios and basebands that are powering networks across the U.S. And with more than 550 employees, it is also the largest manufacturer of 5G infrastructure in the US and a crucial hub for building resilient, secure, and innovative infrastructure that the digital economy depends on. With 5G made in Texas and deployed nationwide, and 6G equipment to follow, Ericsson is helping to keep America connected, competitive and ready for next wave of innovation. https://lnkd.in/epa6VuPv #Ericsson
Impressive to see Ericsson driving both innovation and resilience at scale. Strengthening domestic manufacturing while advancing 5G and preparing for 6G positions the U.S. for long-term technological leadership. A great example of how infrastructure, talent, and vision come together to power the digital economy.
But wy Ericsson abandoned West Africa in telecom for Huawei..?
Congratulations all Ericsson Smart Factory USA team 👏👏👏
