🔋 Seven new experts join our journey of scaling battery storage and flexible energy systems across Europe. We continue to strengthen our teams in finance, sales, engineering, and marketing, with colleagues joining our offices across Munich, Warsaw, and Madrid. ➡️ Karolina Kaczyńska, Sales Manager Poland — joining Entrix Poland with extensive SaaS sales experience, supporting early-stage PV and BESS development. Outside work, she enjoys everything from jazz and electronic music to tango, cinema and motorbiking. ➡️ Jarosław Bigorajski, PhD, Senior Technical Project Manager — bringing 12 years in renewables and a PhD in power engineering, now focused on BESS onboarding and integration. He enjoys crime novels, traveling and to explore local cuisine. ➡️ Valentina Cely, Marketing Intern — continuing her journey at Entrix after completing her Master's in Sustainable Management and Technology, now supporting brand, PR and content. Outside work, you'll find her on the dance floor with friends or trying new recipes at home. ➡️ Ricardo Gonzalez C., Working Student Finance — supporting our Finance team with experience in public funding, project management and financial controlling. Basketball, gym and surfing drive him outside of work. ➡️ Leonardo Ferigutti, Software Engineer — bringing full-stack experience in energy storage optimization to help build scalable solutions. Football, running, and a visit to Bavaria's folk festivals are non-negotiable leisure activities. ➡️ Martim Andresen Vaz Pinto, Sales Director — joining the Sales team focused on Spain and Portugal, with broad renewable energy experience across several markets. Off the clock, football, padel and traveling keep him busy. ➡️ Felix Stephan, Flex Offtake & Origination Manager — joining our Commercial team with 5+ years in global markets and over a decade in financial services, strengthening our offtake capabilities and partnerships.
