The ServiceNow Zurich Family Release has introduced new AI features and workflows, but we've also worked hard to make sure we're leveling up our overall accessibility and usability with every new release. For those upgrading to Zurich, we have a new Coral theme with a commensurate dark theme to reduce eye strain, we've worked to improve the 400% zoom capability, introduced new guardrails for accessible PDF generation, added a custom font option for theme builder, and more! Our most exciting innovation is our Voice Input feature for both NowAssist and AI Agents that we'll be working to build upon.
