What You’ll Do Build and sustain strong client relationships across EMA’s technology and management consulting services Identify and develop new business opportunities with utilities and public-sector clients Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver innovative, value-driven solutions Help utilities use data, systems, and best practices to improve decision-making and performance *Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a future-focused mindset to a growing BD team Who You Are Naturally curious, thoughtful, and a great listener Relationship-driven with strong communication skills Organized, persistent, and comfortable navigating ambiguity Motivated to make a difference in communities and the environment Experienced in the water/wastewater sector with an interest in consulting and business development Who We Are EMA is a 100% employee-owned consulting firm dedicated to the water sector. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s, PE, PMP, or industry certifications a plus) 5+ years of experience in the water/wastewater sector Consulting and/or business development experience preferred Willingness to travel up to 70% Interested?
