Simply the West! Last week, more than 500 colleagues came together for our West Midlands Roadshows - three days of networking, learning and a few unforgettable surprises. We kicked off each morning with an immersive, high pressure scenario delivered by Ripple&Co an immersive training company. Through fictional scenarios, our team were challenged to explore their reactions, assumptions and decision making under pressure. With live character interactions and collaborative workshops, the experience sparked honest reflection and powerful discussions about process safety. The afternoons shifted into business updates, from RIIO‑2 progress to a look ahead at RIIO‑3 with our Customer team. Across the three days, we also shone a spotlight on STEM on Track and the inspiring DAWS Project, both showcasing the incredible impact our people are making in the West Midlands to those that need it most. Bringing our people together matters. It’s how we strengthen our culture, build trust and create the space for real conversations about what Safe+Well means in our day to day work, that we deliver around the clock for our 11 million customers. #SafeandWell

Thank you for having us Elliott Nelson. It was a privilege for Ripple&Co to be part of such an important few days. The conversations in the room were exactly why immersive rehearsal matters: people know the processes, but pressure changes behaviour. Creating space to notice assumptions, practise challenge and explore decision-making in real time is where safer habits begin to form. Brilliant to see such honest reflection around Safe+Well, process safety and the human moments that shape outcomes every day.
