Young people exiting homelessness come to LifeWorks with complex, interconnected needs. Housing instability is often tied to family dynamics, mental health challenges, and economic stress - requiring solutions that go beyond housing alone. That's why our work is rooted in wraparound services: Safe housing, education pathways, workforce development, and mental health care. Over the last year, this approach led to measurable impact: 🏠 98% of those who safely exited our housing services remained housed ❤️ 1,281 clients received Mental Health & Well-Being services 💼 63% of clients in our Workforce services obtained employment When these services work together, stability is obtainable, young people build independence, and our Austin community becomes stronger.
