Process This….. Over the next decade, advances in artificial intelligence will mean that humans will no longer be needed “for most things” in the world, says Bill Gates. Read more: cnb.cx/3DQiXCl
This is such a terrible trend. Why do we listen to Billionaires regarding social phenomena? Their expertise is making money for themselves, often by manipulating laws and taking advantage of societies. They are not social scientists. At best, we should read such pronouncements as, "Oligarchs are doing everything in their power to make regular people have no economic value."
Bill Gates is no longer needed for most things.
Scaremongering just like his false comments about climate change which have never happened.
Humans wont be needed for many of the things we currently do. The same thing was being said when computers arrived. I confidently predict that ai, just like computers before it, will make possible squillions of things that we are currently unaware of as being possibilities. There will never be any shortage of things that people will engage in doing.
Will humans be needed to tell other humans to stop eating meat as they fly their private jet around the world?
Send him to jail.
Bill Gates may be replaceable by AI, but who wants an autopilot AI MD or attorney without a degree, licensure and accountability? If AI driverless cars can kill people, what can AI driverless MDs and attorneys do to us? Yup, we are already seeing how AI is being used in medicine and law, at risk of medical and legal malpractice, with no accountability, oversight or consequences except to professionals, patients and clients: https://www.wuligerlaw.com/blog/2026/03/could-the-use-of-ai-constitute-legal-malpractice/ https://www.ama-assn.org/practice-management/prior-authorization/how-ai-leading-more-prior-authorization-denials
Well, then place the tax burden completely on the robots.
You should be in jail.
