 Building a Scalable & Secure Azure Hub-Spoke Network Topology As part of my ongoing Azure cloud infrastructure POC, I’m implementing a Hub-Spoke Network Topology in Microsoft Azure — a proven architecture that ensures scalability, centralized security, and simplified management across cloud workloads. 🔹 Hub Network (CoreServicesVnet): Configured with a large address space to host shared services like Azure Firewall, Bastion, VPN Gateway, and Azure Monitor. The Hub acts as the central point for security, connectivity, and governance across all environments. 🔹 Spoke Networks (ManufacturingVnet & Others): Each Spoke VNet represents a dedicated workload — for instance, the ManufacturingVnet supports IoT systems and plant operations, ensuring secure, segmented communication between on-premises and cloud resources. 🔹 Key Outcomes of the POC: ✅ Centralized security & policy management ✅ Simplified connectivity using VNet Peering ✅ Flexible scaling for future business workloads ✅ Seamless hybrid connectivity via ExpressRoute / VPN Gateway By validating this Hub-Spoke architecture, I’m building a foundation for a production-grade, secure, and future-ready cloud environment that supports innovation, performance, and operational excellence. #MicrosoftAzure #CloudInfrastructure #AzureNetworking #HubSpokeArchitecture #DigitalTransformation #CloudSecurity #AzureVirtualNetwork.

Yesterday's hyperscaler news that caught my eye is an Oracle Cloud one. IoT was mostly left aside a while ago, with Google killing its service in quite a brutal way. So it is a surprise, that Oracle is releasing its new IoT platform. It feels like a great move to provide a new home for all the companies that are still looking for a platform and have not settle for one yet. I think IoT is amazing but, as everything that lives in the 'real world', very hard. My guess (because I have zero expertise in the topic) is that the real money for IoT happens in the industrial vertical and will explode (again) in robotics. https://lnkd.in/ensbgmJ8
