Oh, hi there, my name is Kurai and I'm happy to present the dynamic credit Dutch housing market update. Every quarter we assess the Dutch housing market and share key insights that you need to know. Let's dive in. The Dutch housing market remains tight. Despite an increase in the number of finished newly built properties, we are still well below the 100,000 properties needed to make a real dent in the housing shortage. This means that the existing housing stock is sought after the mount side. Factors such as robust growth in wages and decrease in mortgage interest rates are putting upwards. Pressure on Dutch housing prices and noteworthy developments is the impact of the Affordable Rent Act on the Dutch housing markets. Investors in rental properties are selling rather than lowering the rent to comply with legislation.
