Dr. Lyron Andrews’ Post

What would you like to leave behind in 2025, and what would you like to include in 2026? I want to leave behind the unhelpful inner critic that takes on a harsher tone than any words I’d use with anyone else. I want to be more mindful about testing as many ideas I've written in my smartphone notes as possible. How about you? Anything you’d like to leave behind in 2025 or include in 2026? HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎊

I can concur with the 'unhelpful inner critic' portion. You could put a colleague and myself in the exact same position and have us conduct the exact same tasks and I would applaud them for what they did. But for me I would be knit-picking everything, in regard to myself, including things that do not even exist. I have chalked it up to always pursuing being 'better' and finding ways to improve. I want to embrace change. I learned much from your videos this past year and I am looking to begin putting that knowledge into real-world experience now.

I want to release the fear-driven paralysis that keeps me stuck in self‑doubt and indecision, and devote more time and intention to the pursuits that genuinely bring me joy.

This is such an insightful question. I would like to leave behind past guilt (my therapist is really encouraging me to) and include more confidence in what I am capable of doing and more.

I would like to leave behind the unthoughtful decisions made and discarded in 2025. I would like to embrace new and mindful ideas in 2026 spreading them to as many as possible ! Dr. Lyron Andrews happy new year 🥳

What a great question Dr. Lyron Andrews, I have intentionally left behind the all the things that were hindering progress, especially my hyper vigilant inner critic.

Dr. Lyron Andrews Happy New Year! I looking forward on testing new ideas and exploring new ways of nurturing myself. Thank you being a source of constant inspiration!

insightful reflections! Happy New Year to you Dr. Lyron. I learnt a lot from you during 2025. Thank You! wish you all the best
