I really enjoy it when I get emails from LinkedIn News UK asking me to share my thoughts on a new topic. This time, the question was: "𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐈 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫?" For me, the answer is simple: AI has become an extension of how I work, think and connect with the right audience (reaching the LinkedIn Editors themselves?). As a marketer, I bring ideas, creativity, strategies and plans. AI acts as my assistant, helping me execute them better and faster. Whether it is reaching the right audience, test approaches at scale, or learning something new at speed, AI makes the process seamless. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐞: 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. The same amount of time now helps me produce stronger insights and better results. Not because AI is doing the heavy lifting, but because it gives me space to focus on what really matters. What's equally transformative is how 𝐀𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞. I've picked up countless new tools and platforms, and the learning process itself has become remarkably intuitive. Things that used to take weeks to figure out, now click in days, sometimes minutes. This adaptive behaviour, this ability to continuously upskill without the traditional friction, has fundamentally changed how I approach professional development. The strategy, empathy and creativity remain mine, but AI gives me the time and headspace to focus on what humans do best. The marketers who embrace this won't just keep up, they'll redefine what's possible. And that's how I see myself growing with AI alongside me. Not replaced by it, but amplified through it. #AIinWork #LinkedInNewsUK #Professionaldevelopment #AIinMarketing

✨ AI + LinkedIn Outreach: Smarter Connections in Less Time Most people waste hours sending copy-paste messages on LinkedIn ❌. Here’s how AI changes the game: 🔹 1. Research at Scale AI tools scan profiles, pull job titles, interests, and even recent activity so you know exactly who you’re talking to. 🔹 2. Personalised First Lines Instead of “Hi, I help coaches grow,” AI can write: 👉 “Loved your recent post on client retention curious, do you also use group programs in your coaching?” 🔹 3. Smart Filtering AI filters out the wrong people so you only message your dream buyers. No more wasting time in the DMs. 🔹 4. Automated Follow-Ups Most leads don’t respond to the first message. AI can send natural, human-like follow-ups that feel personal (not spammy). 🚀 Result? More replies. More conversations. More clients with less manual work. Ever wonder how to stay ahead in a world where AI is rapidly taking over? You're not alone! In our digital age, AI is everywhere, transforming businesses and the way we operate daily. But like any revolutionary force, it comes with its own set of challenges and opportunities. 1. Embrace Change, Don’t Fear It I get it—change can be scary. But remember how businesses that resisted the internet missed the boat? The same applies here. Embrace AI as an ally. Learn the basics of automation and seek ways AI can simplify your tasks. Think about how a sports coach uses data analytics to refine gameplay strategies. Dive into how automation can refine your workflow. 2. Augment, Don’t Replace Think of AI like Iron Man's suit. It augments his abilities; it doesn't replace him. Use AI to enhance your skills, not make them redundant. Start by integrating AI tools into your daily routine, like using AI-powered scheduling tools to optimize your meetings. 3. Get Curious and Stay Curious Curiosity kept Einstein pushing boundaries. Cultivate it. Engage with AI communities online, attend webinars, and stay updated with the latest trends. You don’t have to become a tech wizard overnight, but developing a basic understanding of AI tools isn’t optional anymore. 4. Soft Skills Are Still Gold While AI is great at crunching numbers, it lacks the human touch. Emotional intelligence, creativity, and leadership remain your superpowers. Enroll in workshops that sharpen these soft skills. Remember those heart-to-heart conversations? Fuel them with empathy and active listening. 5. Collaborate with AI Picture a tandem bicycle. You and AI - pedaling together. Seek opportunities where AI can assist you—like using AI for data analysis while you craft strategies based on the insights. Where to Start? - Learn & Adapt: Start with small steps. Spend 30 minutes a week exploring AI. - Experiment: Try out different AI tools and see what works best for you. - Network: Engage in conversations about AI's impact in your field. - Reflect: After integrating AI, assess what's effective and what isn't. Embrace AI, not as a threat, but as an evolution. How are you planning to integrate AI into your professional life? #AIRevolution #Automation #Leadership #FutureOfWork #EmbraceChange

Everywhere you look, AI is either your replacement… or your superpower. Which one is true? The reality 👉 it’s COMPLICATED. 🔍 Studies shout big numbers: ➡️ 79% of leaders expect AI to transform organizations in less than 3 years. ➡️ 57% of marketers say AI has the biggest career impact. Yet when you look at hiring trends, AI skills are emerging but not always the first thing employers highlight. Strategy, storytelling, and communication still come up more often. So, what should you do as someone building campaigns, copy, and content every day? ✨ A few reminders: ✅ Don’t let headlines drive your career. Hype cycles fade. Skills endure. ✅ AI ≠ strategy. Tools can generate, but they can’t decide what resonates with your audience. ✅ Storytelling still wins. Clarity, empathy, and creativity rank higher than AI in most skill reports. 🚀 How to stay future-proof: ✅ Learn AI enough to make your work faster and smarter. ✅ Experiment but don’t outsource your creativity. ✅ Sharpen the human skills AI can’t mimic - Tone, judgment, cultural context. Think about it 👇 AI can draft a blog in 2 minutes. But only you can: 👉 Spot the real hook. 👉 Weave a story that builds trust. 👉 Choose the words that feel authentic to your audience. So yes, keep up with AI. But don’t sprint so fast that you forget the fundamentals. True value in marketing won’t come from mastering AI alone. It comes from using it while keeping your unique voice intact. 💬 Is AI a co-writer, a competitor, or just another tool in your stack? Are You Using Your Skills… or Truly Leveraging Them? Most people use their skills to get through the day. But the ones who leverage them — create momentum, opportunities, and impact that compound over time. There’s a difference between “doing what you do well” and “using what you do well to open new doors.” Here’s what I’ve learned along the way 👇 ✅ Know your edge. What do you do naturally that challenges others? That’s your leverage point. ✅ Align your skills with your goals. When purpose and ability move in the same direction, growth becomes unstoppable. ✅ Show your value. Don’t tell people what you can do — show how your work creates results. That’s what gets remembered. ✅ Keep evolving. We’re in an age where human skill meets AI capability. The ones who blend both will lead the next wave of opportunity. Leveraging your skills isn’t just about career growth — it’s about transformation. I dive deeper into this idea in my book “How to Leverage AI on LinkedIn.” It’s not another tech-heavy manual — it’s about learning how to combine your strengths, strategy, and AI to stand out in a world that’s constantly changing. If you’ve ever felt your potential is underused, remember — you don’t need new skills to create massive impact. You just need to learn how to leverage the ones you already have — better. #GrowthMindset #AI #Leadership #LinkedInStrategy #PersonalDevelopment #CareerGrowth #BookRecommendation

🚨 AI is transforming the workplace — but most professionals are struggling to keep up. A recent survey shows that integrating AI into daily work is one of the biggest challenges in 2025. The truth? Many workers lack confidence in using AI tools effectively. And that’s a problem. Because while AI should be saving us hours, for most, it’s adding confusion instead of clarity. 💡 But here’s the opportunity: If used strategically, AI can do more than just automate tasks — it can turn your content into a client-attracting system. ✅ Imagine no longer spending endless hours writing posts. ✅ No more overthinking carousels or battling with blank-page anxiety. ✅ Instead, having AI-powered workflows that give you engaging, consistent, client-focused content in a fraction of the time. That’s exactly what I help coaches, consultants & entrepreneurs do: 📌 Transform LinkedIn into a lead-generating machine 📌 Save hours every week with AI-powered content creation 📌 Build authority with content that positions you as a thought leader ⚡ The reality is simple: AI won’t replace you. But the person who learns how to leverage AI will replace the one who doesn’t. 👉 If you’re ready to stop struggling and start saving hours while scaling your LinkedIn presence with AI-powered content writing, let’s connect. I’ll help you make LinkedIn work for you — consistently, strategically, and professionally.

⚡️ Imagine scrolling online and realizing you can’t tell if a picture is real or AI-made. What if I told you we’ve already reached that point? Yesterday, I ended on a clear note: AI is about asking questions and getting answers. Sounds simple, right? But the real power lies in the quality of your questions — and the scale of your vision. Too many of us are still asking AI the “small” questions: - Who is the CEO of XYZ? - Can you fix this email? - Write me a short essay? Useful, yes. But if this is where your thinking stops, you’re missing the bigger picture. 🚀 Small thinking blinds you. You hear opportunities but can’t see feasibility. You second-guess yourself. You let others gaslight you. Meanwhile, AI is shifting the world beneath our feet — whether we’re ready or not. Take visuals, for example. Not long ago, AI images looked fake. Today, they’re indistinguishable from your iPhone or Tecno snapshots. I can usually spot the difference, but even my husband — who knows tech — often can’t. That’s how real it has become. Now ask yourself: what industries depend on visuals? - Photography - Film making - Influencing - Content creation Every one of these is being disrupted. Suddenly, “barriers” like not having the right looks, camera, logistics, or confidence no longer matter. With the right apps, the right prompts, and the right mindset — you’re in business. 💡 And this is just images. Think about what’s happening across text, video, and beyond. 👉 My challenge to you: stop asking AI the “little” questions. Start thinking bigger. Use it not just as a helper — but as a lever to unlock bold, life-changing opportunities. Check the comments: I’ll share AI-generated images. Can you tell which ones are fake? #AIinAfrica - #DigitalTransformation - #FutureOfWork - #BoldThinking - #ContentCreation - #Innovation - #Leadership

Ever ask AI for ideas and get something flat, obvious, forgettable? That’s because you’re only hearing one voice. Here’s a game-changing hack: multi-persona collaboration. Instead of: ❌ “Give me marketing ideas.” Try this: You're a: Visionary → bold, creative suggestions Analyst → checks data & feasibility Customer → doesn't care about the company's problems, wants something that works Strategist → refines into a clear plan Debate together until the best idea wins. Why it works: ✅ Replaces surface-level answers with richer, tested ideas ✅ Simulates a diverse team without needing one ✅ Saves hours of “staring at a blank page” How I’ve used it: - Generated 10+ LinkedIn content ideas in one sitting - Validated which automations are worth building for founders - Drafted client workflows faster by pressure-testing weak spots Next time you brainstorm, don’t settle for one AI voice. Put it in a room with 3–4 personas and let them argue it out. If you could hire any 3 AI personas to join your team today, who would they be? #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #PromptEngineering #AIWorkflows #Productivity #Entrepreneurship
