Do learners engage with digital content? I saw an interesting use case for AI in learning when I was on the bus just now. Made me rethink how learners are engaging with corporate training... I’ve heard from compliance teams that they’re investing time and energy into developing GPT chat detectors to block AI-generated responses 🤦🏻♀️ but that’s not the real solution. Our focus should be on changing this mindset and channeling our efforts into filtering what truly matters, transforming #learning into something experiential rather than just another test. Definitely… but only when nobody is looking. We live in a slightly bizzare time where we have AI generated questions being answered by an AI.

Dr Ashwin Mehta MBA It's surley time to drop 'click next to continue' compliance training and focus on knowledge retrieval instead? Learning should no longer be a test of memory, it should be relevant and timely. Even if the person on the bus had thought about the answers, they would have forgotten 90% of them by the next day....
