Dmitry Belianin’s Post

Stop building VIP programs...   Start building VIP experiences.   Operators spend millions attracting high-value players...   But almost nothing on keeping them.   Most VIPs disappear within a year.   Why?   Because they’re treated like regular players, just with bigger bonuses and higher limits.   Your next whale is already on your platform.   Quiet. Active. Watching.   But a $2,000 bonus doesn’t impress someone at that level.   They want to feel like they matter, not like a walking wallet.   The operators who win know that:   - Personal attention beats automation   - Service outperforms promos   - Retention is cheaper than acquisition   So ask yourself....   Is your VIP strategy really about loyalty?   Or just more expensive offers dressed as care?

same thing can be applied to any B2B relationship as well. the best VIP partner/client is likely already in your CRM, but doesnt get the attention, service and personal commitment that is needed to really make it scale.

Great post – completely agree that real VIP loyalty is built through experience, not just perks. One piece often overlooked is trust. When high-value players sense friction around limits or withdrawals, no amount of bonuses can make up for it. Giving them confidence that big wins will be paid out fast and without drama is foundational to retention. It’s something we’ve been thinking a lot about lately.

High rollers don’t want more, they want better. Experiences that respect their value will always outperform flashy promos.

Very true!! We're seeing this right now. We've done several VIP transfers from other casino operators because VIPs are not happy. Operators forget that the retention through experience not just rewards is vital to get right.

Exactly. If a VIP has to ask for attention, you've already lost them
