The brand you build and the one that lives in the mind of your buyers are rarely the same. That gap (between what you say and what they feel) is where most go-to-market strategies break down. In my work, I spend a lot of time helping founders and marketing leaders see that difference clearly. Because every campaign, every product message, every “big idea” has to compete with how your buyer’s brain actually works, not how your brand deck says it should. But here’s the part most people miss: Closing that gap isn’t JUST a marketing challenge but rather a very influential, leadership one. In the age of AI, we’re being asked to unlearn how we’ve done things for the past decade, so we can learn how to do them for the next. That means rethinking how we lead, how we decide, and how we express who we are as a company, from the inside out. 🎧 In this short from my convo with The Marketing Share Podcast, we unpack how brands can tune their internal narrative to what the market already believes — and why that mindset shift starts at the top. Hit the On air button my profile to listen to the full EP. How do you make sure your leadership team sees the same brand your buyers do?

Your workflow could be your next offer. In this episode of AI for Business Owners Podcast, host Jeff Torello welcomes Antisha Gaitan to discuss how automation tools like Make, Zapier, Mind Studio, and n8n aren’t just for saving time, they can become scalable services for clients. Most owners build automations to reduce their own workload. The same workflows you design for yourself, content scheduling, posting, and lead prospecting, can be packaged and offered directly to clients. That means less manual work for them, more retained revenue for you, and stronger partnerships built on efficiency. Instead of manually building every campaign, you set it once, duplicate it, and let it run for multiple clients. Automation isn’t just a back-office fix. It’s a business model shift. 🎧 Watch the full episode here: https://lnkd.in/g_N5yjra #automation #businessgrowth #workflowautomation #digitalstrategy #entrepreneurship #marketingconsulting #scale #businesstools

Most founders are told to “𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿.” But what if that’s not where success actually begins? Listen in as Ted Larson speaks with TECH B2B Marketing’s Aaron Hand and Dan McCarthy on the Manufacturing Matters Podcast! The Full episode is out now - linked below! https://lnkd.in/gaX7Z5GS About the episode: If you’re a first-time climber trying to tackle Mount Everest, the only way you’ll make it to the top and come back alive is if you’ve got a great set of Sherpas to carry your stuff and show you the way. That’s how Ted Larson, CEO and co-founder of OLogic, views his company’s role as it helps startup companies navigate their way from lab to volume production. Building a good working prototype in an academic setting can be a far cry from building tens of thousands of production-grade products. But it’s not just startups that need help and guidance along the way. In this episode of Manufacturing Matters, Larson sits down with TECH B2B Marketing’s Aaron Hand and Dan McCarthy to share stories of opportunity and challenge from two decades in the trenches helping electronics and robotics manufacturers develop successful products. #TECHB2B #ManufacturingMattersPodcast #TechPodcast

Most founders learn this lesson the hard way: It’s not about who messed up. It’s about what you do next. When something breaks in your business, you have two choices: 👉 Find someone to blame. 👉 Or own it, fix it, and make sure it never happens again. As Denis Rhomays Co-Founder of Nedzo AI put it on the Pipeline & People podcast: “Own it. Speed is king. Never settle.” That mindset shifts everything: Instead of apologies, you get action. Instead of finger-pointing, you get systems. Instead of fear, you get momentum. It’s a simple rule, but if you live by it, you can’t help but grow. 🎙 Full episode live on: Dennis’s journey from call center to building an AI company How NEDZO is changing lead handling and client conversations The importance of “less is more” in building products Common mistakes founders make with AI and how to avoid them Why culture and consistency matter when scaling a team Dennis’s top lessons: own it, speed is king, never settle Versorix #Leadership #Entrepreneurship #StartupLessons #PipelineAndPeople
