I tested ChatGPT today with this scenario: "I want to start a free library. I'll buy the books and lend them out free. I'll have 2 tip jars at the front desk, one for money (so I can buy more books) and one for food (because I need to eat). This will be a dream goal achieved." Any experienced business professional would immediately ask: How will you turn a profit or sustain this long-term? What happens when donations dry up? Have you mapped out your cost structure and break-even point? ChatGPT's response? A detailed 6-step action plan complete with suggestions like "add a shelf outside your home" and "clarify your why."
