Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-up:
Utilize CRM software and customer databases to generate leads.
Conduct follow-up calls to potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and encouraging engagement.
Nurture leads to convert them into successful sales, aligning with monthly targets.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Engage with clients through calls, emails, and F2F meetings to understand and address their requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring client satisfaction and retention throughout the pre-and post-sales phases.
Schedule and attend property site visits with clients to showcase properties and address inquiries.
Pre-sales & Post-sales Support:
Support clients through the initial information-sharing phase, addressing queries and providing product details.
Assist clients during the post-sales phase by ensuring timely updates, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams.
Sales Coordination & Reporting:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand product offerings and updates.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Prepare and present regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and customer interactions to management.
Market Analysis & Customer Insights:
Gather customer feedback to improve client engagement and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.
Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of CRM experience in the real estate sector, with a strong understanding of pre-sales and post-sales.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
Ability to handle multiple clients and leads simultaneously, with strong time management skills.
Willingness to travel locally for face-to-face client meetings as needed.
