62% of students now use AI regularly. Your teachers know this. They see it every day. What most of them do not have is a plan for what to do about it. Not a policy document. Not a list of banned tools. A plan. Something that tells them: here is how you redesign this unit so AI use becomes a learning tool instead of a shortcut. Here is how you assess thinking instead of output. Here is how you talk to students about responsible AI use without sounding like you are afraid of it. That is what Creative Transformations delivers. Our workshops are built for this exact moment. The 90-minute clinic gives your team immediate, practical strategies they can implement this week. The half-day workshop goes deeper into assignment redesign and AI-integrated instruction. The full-day and multi-day intensives include coaching, practice, and implementation support. We have trained educators across the country through AI-Powered Teaching and AI for Educator Leader Success. We have published 13 books on AI literacy that require zero technology. We have built the Responsible AI Readiness Review that shows schools exactly where to start. 62% is not a number to fear. It is a number to design for. Schools are spending their PD budgets teaching teachers to use AI. Almost none of it is going toward the human capabilities AI can't replace: collaboration, communication, adaptability, conflict resolution. The skills that don't show up on a standardized test but determine whether a school culture actually functions. That's what The Other AI is about. On May 13 I'm running a free 45-minute live workshop for educational leaders — not a presentation, an actual experience. You'll leave having practiced the methodology, not just heard about it. No slides or lecture, just real practice. Tuesday May 13 4:00pm Eastern Free 45 minutes Virtual — Zoom Register: https://lnkd.in/eS8XincF Seats are limited and registration closes when full. #education #educationalleaders #appliedimprovisation

🚨 “Teachers are no longer just educators. Many are becoming AI auditors.” That line hit hard. A recent article on GenAI in education highlights a growing reality across classrooms and campuses worldwide: educators are spending increasing amounts of time verifying authenticity instead of nurturing curiosity. The conversation has quietly shifted from: “Did the student learn?” to “Did the student actually write this?” Generative AI has undoubtedly transformed learning. It can: • Simplify complex concepts • Personalize learning • Improve accessibility • Enhance productivity But it has also introduced a new burden for educators: • Policing assignments • Detecting AI overuse • Redesigning assessments • Navigating unclear institutional AI policies The result? Many teachers are slowly transitioning from mentors into “auditors of process.” Yet perhaps the answer is not resisting AI — but redesigning education itself. The future classroom may require: • AI literacy over AI fear • Critical thinking over rote submission • Reflection over replication • Originality over output quantity In the GenAI era, the role of educators is evolving rapidly: From content deliverers → to learning architects, ethical guides, and facilitators of human intelligence. Technology may generate answers. But teachers still shape judgment, values, empathy, and wisdom. And those remain profoundly human. #ArtificialIntelligence #GenerativeAI #Education #HigherEducation #EdTech #Teachers #Learning #AIinEducation #DigitalTransformation #FutureOfEducation #AcademicIntegrity #Teaching #Innovation #CriticalThinking #AI #EducationalLeadership #Pedagogy #TeacherLife #LearningAndDevelopment #LinkedInIndia

What are the top evidence-backed uses of AI in education right now? According to convergence across recent systematic reviews and major policy guidance from UNESCO and the OECD, the three best uses of AI in education in 2026 are: AI-driven personalized tutoring and adaptive learning AI-supported assessment and feedback . AI as an assistant that offloads teachers' routine workload so they can focus on higher-value human work. For online tutors and the educators who train them, this is the roadmap. At Teach always, our curriculum is built around these three pillars. We train teachers to: → Design adaptive learning sequences → Use AI feedback tools effectively and ethically → Reclaim time for the human moments that actually move students forward The tutoring market is projected to reach $12.8 billion in 2026. Trained, tech-fluent teachers are at the center of that growth. Are you positioning yourself for this opportunity? Happy Tuesday Y'all #TeacherTraining #AIinEducation #OnlineTutoring #PersonalizedLearning #EdTech

AI is revolutionizing education in 2026… but can it replace human connection? We’re seeing incredible gains in personalization, instant feedback, and 24/7 tutoring. Yet the most successful learners still crave community, mentorship, and real-world discussion. At Sankofa (https://lnkd.in/exawU-_F), we blend powerful AI with social learning features — AI tutors for the 'how', human communities for the 'why' and inspiration. The future isn’t AI vs Humans. It’s AI amplifying human connections. Educators, L&D leaders, learners: Where do you draw the line? Should AI handle 70% of instruction while humans focus on motivation and creativity? Share your experiences 👇 #FutureOfLearning #EdTech #AIinEducation #DigitalLearning #LeadershipDevelopment"

New research finding: AI enthusiasts miss more AI errors than skeptics do. Out of approximately 250 studies on AI-generated assessments, only one checked for bias against students. If your most enthusiastic AI-adopting teachers are also your least critical evaluators of AI output, your students are exposed to errors nobody is catching. This is not an adoption problem. This is a readiness problem. Creative Transformations' AI-Powered Teaching course trains educators to use AI effectively AND critically. Lesson planning, differentiation, scaffolding, feedback, assessment, and working with special populations. With built-in verification practices that protect student learning. Available as a 90-minute clinic, half-day workshop, full-day workshop, or multi-day workshop with coaching. Enthusiasm without critical evaluation is not innovation. It is a risk your district cannot afford. DM us or visit https://lnkd.in/eMTApTwu #AIinEducation #EdTech #SchoolLeaders #EducationLeadership #CreativeTransformations #AIforEducators

Three days at AAC&U AI Week left me with one clear conviction: the institutions that thrive in the next decade will be the ones that treat AI not as a threat to manage, but as a design opportunity for teaching and learning. Three sessions stood out: 🔹 Practical Responses to Generative and Agentic AI moved past the "should we or shouldn't we" debate and into real implementation frameworks faculty can actually use 🔹 Faculty Perspectives on AI: Embracing Differences and Fostering Change was a powerful reminder that AI adoption isn't a technology problem, it's a people problem. Faculty need support, not mandates. 🔹 How Campuses are Facilitating Change Regarding AI reinforced that institutional transformation requires intentional design, cross functional partnerships, and a willingness to build new structures, not just update old ones This is exactly the work I'm doing at Insight Academy on Teachable, building practical, applied learning experiences in leadership, communication, and organizational effectiveness that help professionals bridge the gap between what research says works and what actually happens in practice. AI isn't replacing educators. But educators who understand how to design with AI will replace those who don't. That's the future I'm building toward, one course, one workshop, one conversation at a time. What's your institution doing to support faculty through the AI transition? I'd love to hear what's working. #AAC&U #AIinEducation #HigherEducation #FacultyDevelopment #InstructionalDesign #TeachingAndLearning #InsightAcademy #GenerativeAI #EdTech

AI is rapidly entering classrooms across every level of education. The challenge is no longer access to AI tools. The challenge is helping educators use them intentionally, responsibly, and in ways that genuinely strengthen teaching and learning. Evolving the classroom experience requires walking away from the search for quick AI shortcuts. It means learning how to use artificial intelligence as a thoughtful partner in instructional design. At Cal Poly Pomona, we’ve been developing conversations and learning experiences around what that future can look like for educators, instructional leaders, and trainers navigating this shift.
