This week we paused our work to gather for our Christmas lunch celebrations! Good food. Familiar faces. A few new ones too, and a little raffle! Moments like this matter a lot. Not because they are flashy, but because they remind us who the work is really about. We don’t celebrate perfection. We celebrate progress. We don’t reward outcomes alone. We recognize effort, growth, and resilience. This year required a lot from our teams; change, patience, learning new ways of working, and staying committed even when things weren’t easy. Taking time to acknowledge that matters. Rituals like this create a reset. They mark an ending and quietly invite something new to begin. Gratitude for what’s been accomplished. Excitement for what’s ahead. I’m deeply thankful for the people who show up every day and make this place what it is. I am fired up about what 2026 holds for us!!
