AI is powerful, but only when you ask the right questions. As CCG's Mike Stute explains, large language models don’t “know” when something doesn’t exist unless you prompt them correctly. Ask the wrong way, and you may get a confident answer to a question that was never true in the first place. Ask the right way, and the AI will tell you what’s missing, clarify your intent, and guide you to the right answer. That’s why prompt strategy matters, and why having a trusted AI technology advisor makes all the difference. At CCG, we help businesses use AI responsibly, accurately, and with purpose. #TechSimplified #AIInsights #CCG #DigitalInnovation #FutureFocused

AI will get things wrong. The real risk is what happens next. At Digital Leaders #AIPublicSectorWeek, we’ll be exploring why great customer service is still possible, even with biased and imperfect AI. We’ll cover: • Why implementation matters more than the model • What human-in-the-loop really looks like in frontline services • How to build guardrails that protect trust without slowing teams down If you work in public services, advice, digital or transformation, this session is for you. Designed, Not Edited: The Power of Structured Workflow This image wasn’t manually edited. It was guided through structured AI instructions — and that difference matters. Behind every clean result is a clear process: defining the objective, structuring the input, refining the output, and iterating with intention. The outcome you see is not just creativity — it’s workflow design in action. Working this way highlights an important truth: results improve when the process is intentional. When steps are clear and repeatable, quality becomes consistent rather than accidental. This is where real value lies — not just in using AI, but in understanding how to guide it through a structured approach that delivers reliable outcomes. Good results can happen once. Well-designed workflows make them happen consistently. #AIWorkflow #DigitalSkills #StructuredThinking #ProcessDriven

Where does AI end and human judgment begin? That line isn’t as clear as it used to be. Tasks that once demanded time, effort and human input like building and analyzing complex datasets are now handled by AI in moments. But this shift isn’t just about speed. It’s about comfort. About trust. About how far we’re willing to let AI step into decisions that were once deeply human. Are boundaries still being defined or quietly fading? A conversation that explores not just what AI can do but how it’s reshaping the role humans play alongside it. Listen to the full conversation: https://lnkd.in/dSSSXqAs

#AIforEveryone The rapid shifts in AI can feel overwhelming. New terms show up every week: LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Agentic AI. But instead of getting lost in the hype, it’s important to understand the fundamentals and how these concepts build on each other. Here’s a simple way to think about it: LLMs: Large Language Models that generate and understand human language. RAG: AI framework that improves LLM accuracy by retrieving data from external, trusted sources like internal databases or documents. AI Agents: Systems that perceive their environment, reason through problems, and take actions using tools to achieve specific goals with minimal human oversight. Agentic AI: Autonomous, multi-agent systems that collaborate and work toward long-term goals.

Here’s the simple rule I use to check whether I’m using AI responsibly or overusing it: Am I using AI just to work faster, to get things done? Or… Am I using AI to make the work better? Overusing AI can create many risks. But for knowledge workers, the biggest one is subtle: we may slowly dull the very skills that define our value such as critical thinking, creativity or writing. How to use AI as a tool, to support our work but not replace it? Today, I had the valuable opportunity to share this perspective on VOV Giao Thông in a conversation with BTV Huy Thanh - someone I truly admire for his thoughtful lens on technology and society. If you have a moment, I’d love for you to listen and share your reflections. How do you personally draw the line between using AI wisely and overusing it? https://lnkd.in/gurjkWTf

I get this question a lot: “When should I use AI beyond drafting requirements?” Honestly? This is where AI shines the most. In this short video, I share how I used AI to support a real client project: helping a composting company bring part of their customer journey online. A focused 30-minute session with AI helped me explore viable tech options, identify fit questions, and rethink parts of the workflow. That kind of insight would’ve taken hours before. https://lnkd.in/eSy8iqFJ What are some of the more creative ways you are using AI these days? The workflows I'm hearing about are absolutely incredible (sometimes on the verge of unbelievable). #GenerativeAI #BusinessAnalysis #BATraining #ValueDrivenBA

Just completed #claude101, and it has transformed my approach to working with AI. The most significant takeaway was not merely about prompts, but rather understanding how to structure problems so AI can effectively reason through them. Context, constraints, and clear instructions are crucial. It feels less like “asking questions” and more like designing thinking systems. Here is the link to get started: https://lnkd.in/gTAcCeXS #learninpublic #claude

Most people don't struggle with AI because it's complex. They struggle because they don't know where to start. So I built something small to explore that. It's called Zero to AI Hero. It takes your role, a bit of context, and the time you have available, and gives you one practical AI augmented workflow you can try immediately. No jargon. No theory. Just a small victory. If you’re curious to try it in your own context, I’m happy to share it. #ArtificialIntelligence #AIforBusiness #AIAdoption

Most AI tools are trained on the same data, which means they can carry knowledge gaps. Erin R., founder and CEO of ChatBlackGPT™, is changing that. Reddick built a custom GPT trained on Black perspectives and lived experiences to surface the cultural knowledge gaps that other AI tools miss before they become a crisis. Swipe for the exact prompts she recommends every marketer run before a campaign goes live. 👉 Want to go deeper? Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/g35MpJKp

One of the most asked questions I have to answer in this space while talking with people, mostly the ones who aren't that familiar with AI. They always ask: "AI voice agents can't build trust with customers!" I always reply: "Then why do most of the businesses I work with use my voice agents?" See, trust usually comes from when the AI voice agent: Answers instantly Gives clear information Solves the problem of the person who called Not from whether the voice is human! #CustomerTrust #AIVoiceAgents #CustomerExperience #AIAdoption #CustomerSatisfaction #TrustInAI #CXStrategy
