Proud moment for me today as a business owner and as a dad. My daughter, Jolie Babcock, has officially joined our Sandler business. Watching her step into this world is something I’m incredibly excited about. This photo is from the Sandler Summit a couple of years ago. At the time it was just a great memory together. Now it feels like the beginning of a new chapter. Building a business is rewarding. Getting to share the journey with family makes it even better.
