Point clouds are more than data points. In CleverTwin, they become interactive, measurable, and ready for decisions. Navigate in 3D, measure distances and volumes, apply classification, and focus on what matters. From millions of points to clear insight, this is point clouds in action. #pointclouds #data #3d #clevertwin

Day 10: Most identity graph pitches sound like magic, but the real question is: who gets to be wrong, and by how much? Every match rule is a trade‑off: tighten it and you lose reach, loosen it and you risk stitching two different people together. The sharpest teams don’t just argue deterministic vs probabilistic, they explicitly decide where they’re okay being approximately right (upper funnel, modeling, planning) and where they need to be painfully precise (consent, suppression, 1:1 personalization). That clarity turns identity from a black box into a design choice. If you don’t decide your error budget up front, your identity graph will quietly decide it for you. #AdTech #CustomerIdentity #IdentityResolution #Measurement #RetailMedia #CTV

AI development gone exponential for last 6 months. There’s a lot excitement on what AI can do for the industry. The industry doesn’t have a lack of data. If anything there’s too much data - creating an information flow problem. What’s happening on site and what the planning team sees are often two completely different things. Site teams communicate through WhatsApp, photos, and excel sheets tracking daily site progress. Meanwhile management relies on manually updated information like dashboards, weekly PDF reports, and 3D models. By the time these manual reports are reviewed, the data is already outdated. On top of that, project data is trapped in siloed systems like BIM platforms, document systems, spreadsheets, emails which requires constant tender loving care to keep them pristine. Which means teams spend more time looking for information/updating them than acting on it. At Wenti Labs, we’re building the operating system (OS) to fix this gap. Working with partners like Gerald Ho, we connect information from site directly into a unified intelligence layer. This way we help to: 1/ tighten the information loop between the site team and planning team so decisions are made on real-time site signals instead of delayed reports; 2/ connect traditional siloed construction software to into a unified operational data layer, allowing teams to make decisions with a complete view of the project; 3/ powers live operational dashboard that reflects site reality, aligning manpower, progress, and schedule to improve project predictability. When information flows faster, projects move faster. That’s what AI in construction can help to push the industry forward. Do join the session if you’re keen to learn how AI can make it happen.
Join Gerald Ho (Soilbuild) at SCAL Productivity & Technology Week to see how AI can fit into tools teams already use—WhatsApp, Excel, PDFs, and BIM models, turing everyday site messages and photos into accurate records, live dashboards, and actionable insights. 📅 View presentation synopsis: https://lnkd.in/gcUit6nG 🎟️ Get your pass now: https://lnkd.in/gBBDgfEj ⏳ Registration closes 18 March 2026 - secure your ticket today!

When I was a young design engineer, I was fairly unaware of the fact that all of the information and effort we poured into our drawings specs, RFI reviews, etc. would rarely make it in an easy-to-consume way to the teams operating the buildings. We had to settle with paper binders, drawing rolls, and hard to access file shares. In higher education, where reactive work orders can take an average of 3 to 5 days to resolve and deferred maintenance backlogs continue to grow, every minute matters. The bottleneck is rarely effort, it's access to institutional knowledge at the point of need. That's exactly what we are solving for at Willow with Copilot. We're still early, but seeing this capability being used in the real world - helping technicians get the information they need without hunting, calling around, or waiting - is exactly why this work matters. Really proud to see the progress the team makes every week and for the users that continue to push us! 🙌 Willow Nexus Labs
Practical AI use case in Facilities: "Copilot, I'm going to be working on AC-10-1 to address fault code 12. What should I bring with me?" Northern Arizona University handed its building operations platform partner, Willow, a SharePoint folder containing roughly 6,000 construction drawings, as-builts, and O&M manuals, and asked them to make it usable. Instead of attempting to manually review and connect the building docs, Willow used generative AI to ingest the documents and extract system relationships: -How chillers are configured -Which pumps feed which air handlers -Which terminal units serve which rooms, into a structured knowledge graph That graph now underpins analytics, root-cause analysis, and commissioning comparisons against original design parameters. This story will go out in our newsletter, the Connected Buildings Briefing, next week. Comment 'connected' and we'll sign you up.

It’s always exciting when we get to see Operational AI in action, and this example is a standout! Northern Arizona University handed over a mountain of building documentation to Willow and asked to make it usable. Instead of treating that as a document‑management problem, we treated it as a systems‑understanding problem. By using generative AI to ingest the entire library and map out how equipment, spaces, and systems relate to each other, we worked on making a knowledge graph for NAU that now supports analytics, root‑cause analysis, and commissioning insights tied back to original design intent. This is the kind of foundation that makes AI in facilities practical, using intelligence teams act on. Huge thanks to Nexus Labs for spotlighting this work and helping push the conversation forward! Be sure to keep an eye out for their newsletter next week for the full story. #OperationalAI #SmartBuildings #DigitalTwin #KnowledgeGraph #FacilitiesManagement #PropTech

“No BS. Just impact.” 🔥 That was the message from our Chief Product Officer, Marc Schuetz, in his keynote at #MRC2026. At Revizto, we’re clear: if it doesn’t make your life better or faster, we shouldn’t build it. That mindset shaped 5.17 — not a minor release, but a direct response to customer feedback: Linear Navigation, Local Preview, Issue Workflow Automation. Looking ahead to 2026, we’re taking it up a notch with enhanced 2D workflows, enterprise scalability and a powerful data layer API to extend the ecosystem. And on AI? We’re equally clear. Bring your own AI. We will never touch your data. We don’t want our customers to just be partners. To Make Right, we have to build the future together. Let’s do it. #MadeRight #DigitalConstruction #ConTech #Infrastructure #BIM
