The older I get, the more I only want to work with people who have the desire to push themselves and be the best at what they do I've found this makes work infinitely more enjoyable There's nothing better than working with incredible people who motivate and inspire you

Oh yeah, Surrounding yourself with driven, talented people not only makes work more enjoyable, but also pushes you to level up constantly. Motivation and inspiration are truly contagious when your team shares that mindset

The older I get the more I enjoy things like hanging then washing outside. And yea, no time for not working with people that are easy to got on with.

It makes it never feel like work!
Having a team or colleagues who push each other forward is so motivating. Sadly quite rare though. Should be the norm
