That's why a bipartisan cohort of governors across the PJM region, including Governor of Virginia Glenn Youngkin, are calling for reform to ensure states have a seat at the table and a say in the decisions that shape our energy future. Without the DBE program, we risk losing this innovation while weakening the communities these businesses call home. Congress must reauthorize the DBE program to keep progress moving forward. #DBEProgram #InfrastructureMatters #SupportDiverseBusinesses https://lnkd.in/gPRDjqjz
