I'm back in the office fresh off of Guidewire Software Connections in Las Vegas. Exhausted, but, more so excited about all the amazing conversations we had throughout the week. Here were some trends I noticed in speaking with organizations, specific to their content strategy: 💾 One thing was loud and clear throughout the week: many legacy content providers simply aren’t preparing their customers for what’s next. They’ve built systems that store information — but not ones that can understand it, extract metadata, or power the AI-driven workflows insurers are demanding today. 🧑🏻🍳 P&C carriers are juggling too many legacy systems — some told us they’re running four or more just to manage content. Everyone’s asking the same thing: how can we possibly tap into AI when our data is scattered everywhere? How do you even manage permissioning or governance in that world? There are too many cooks in the kitchen. 📑 Customers are loving having a Forms and DocGen option with Box, but, need more flexibility than what those can offer at times. Integrating the legal spend <--> the case <--> the claim system has proven to be the most significant savings lever in over a decade. Insurers and companies have been leaving the well-known bill review companies for CaseGlide. The main thing reason: CaseGlide saves them more money. But how?
