Good insight. What are your thoughts? Anything you can add? 🦋
This week, we had a student pass their road test. It’s always a great moment. But one of the things we talk about right after is this: Passing the test doesn’t mean you’re fully ready for the job. The road test confirms you can operate the vehicle. The job requires something more. Awareness. Decision-making. Consistency under pressure. Those are the things that don’t always show up in a test, but matter every day on the road. In training, we try to bridge that gap early. So when a student walks into their first job, they’re not just licensed… they’re prepared. I’m curious— What’s something new drivers struggle with most in their first few weeks on the job? #DriverTraining #CommercialDrivers #Trucking #RoadSafety #MELT #Okanagan #ProfessionalDrivers
