Meet Danial, a Community Relations Officer at ServiceSG Centre Bukit Merah. As part of the ServiceSG team, he helps ensure citizens have easy access to government services, especially those who are less confident with digital services and need face-to-face assistance. Danial and his colleagues in the ServiceSG centres are able to help citizens with over 600 government services – from setting up SingPass and renewing CHAS cards to filing personal income tax returns – all under one roof.
