This technology does not help in the case of identity theft, it just means now the criminals have a secure way of using the card. If you can "Air-person" that can help solve the real proble. Someone created an account using Jessica Stevens's identity with my email address, the fact that your system cannot raise that as a red flag says a lot about the lense you are looking through.
