From an 811 standpoint, you know, it's not just what we do internally, but it's really the care that we have externally as well and giving back. You know, we've been very fortunate organization, as I mentioned earlier, you know, we've had the opportunity to really grow organically since our inception back in 2000. And the opportunities we've had to, to not just grow up, but to grow out, to create new brands, to scale, to create new roles to help individuals go from recent college grads to. To, to having families and, and, and growing alongside of them, to seeing new departments that have really come in that are continuing to really execute at such a high level and really continuing to help build our brand. It's been really awesome to see. But at the same time, you know, we don't just like keep it all for ourselves. You know, I feel this organization is all about giving back and helping the people outside of the four walls of this company. So I knew we do a lot with our foundation, you know, we really partner a lot. With different groups within, you know each community, we really make it a mission to give back where needed and continuing to seek opportunity, opportunities to give back with our day of service as well as a lot of other things that happen ancillary in our each individual market. So it's really a a company that I think. Takes what we've been blessed with and we really look to help improve the lives of others and we really look to give back and really want to help as many people as possible. And it's from that helping heart that I think it really shows a difference in who we are, what we do and why we do it.
