Baylor Scott & White Health’s Post

When Terri went to the emergency room thinking she had kidney stones, she never expected to learn she had stage 4 ovarian cancer. Faced with a life-changing diagnosis, Terri chose positivity. She approached every challenge with determination, strength and hope. Along the way, she reconnected with her cousin she hadn’t seen in 25 years, now a nurse navigator, who stood by her side throughout her treatment at Baylor Scott & White Sammons Cancer Center. Today, her scans show she is cancer-free. "I'm 54, I'm not done!" Terri said. Even in the face of uncertainty, strength, support and a positive mindset can make all the difference. https://ow.ly/uAsQ50VJS6H
