British Gas’ Post

Let’s turn the blues into brews! 🫖☕ Today marks Samaritans #BrewMonday - a reminder that a simple cup of tea (or coffee!) and a quick chat can actually turn someone’s day around, doing wonders for our mental health. Brew Monday is about more than just a cuppa – it’s about reaching out and giving someone the opportunity to open up about how they’re feeling. So today, why not make an extra special effort to check in on your colleagues - a simple chat could brighten their day and change their outlook!

Great to see - cuppas all round in the TellJO office too this morning! ☕

Thanks so much for getting your mugs out for Brew Monday today, and reminding everyone of the power a cuppa could have 💚

What a fantastic initiative! ☕ It's amazing how a simple chat over a brew can make such a difference. Let’s all take a moment to reach out and support one another. 💚 #BrewMonday

What a fantastic idea! We love seeing initiatives like this. Encouraging simple, human connections can make such a difference, and it’s great to see it being actively supported. Small moments really do go a long way. 💙☕️

I’m shocked and disgusted that British Gas has told my mum, who they know is a domestic abuse victim that had to flee her home, that she needs to go into her former home to take a photo of her meter… They know she can’t, they know she is scared of her former abuser.. who is trying to make her pay his gas bill for the last 2 years - despite her settling with British Gas when she fled..! Do better for domestic abuse victims. Shameful.
