Everyone's racing to apply AI to existing workflows. Faster marketing campaigns. Smarter spreadsheets. Summarize my email. We get it. Novelty has value. Efficiency matters. But here's the question we're not asking enough: What business processes only exist because of pre-AI constraints? Structured onboarding programs. Scheduled training events. Repetitive enablement cycles. These weren't designed because they were ideal. They were designed because human knowledge transfer required scaffolding. What happens when the scaffolding isn't necessary anymore? The organizations winning the next decade won't be the ones that used AI to do the old thing faster. They'll be the ones that asked a harder question: If we were building this from scratch today... what would we never build at all? That's the conversation BP Learning Solutions is built around. #HumanFirstAI #AIStrategy #FutureOfWork #LearningAndDevelopment #Enablement #CustomerEducation

Centralized AI tool builders are a tiny bit doomed. I say tiny bit because of the exception where if they’re tools for making tools, they’re selling shovels in a gold rush. But I think the tools will become as flexible as code (if not actually code) and morph to fit individuals in their roles at work. Maybe even in their career. I could easily see a personalized “kit” being part of your value add. Too complex to scale to others, but too powerful to give up for standardization. Maybe we have to accept bus factor if we want 100x employees.

Every customer I speak to is asking the same question How do we move from AI pilots to real business impact? That’s the shift happening right now. We’re no longer in the phase of experimentation. Organizations are starting to operationalize AI—embedding agents and Copilot directly into their workflows to drive real outcomes, not just insights. And the difference is clear when you look at what leading companies are doing: • Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is running planning cycles autonomously with Dynamics 365 - freeing up hours of manual work every single day. • Eide Bailly has built a “one connected firm,” aligning teams and simplifying how sales operates end-to-end. • OneMusic Australia is engaging prospects at a completely new scale - moving from hundreds to thousands of interactions. This isn’t just about efficiency. M It’s about building systems that can continuously execute, adapt, and scale - with AI playing an active role in how the business runs. The real question now isn’t if AI will transform your business… It’s how quickly you can turn it into impact. Curious - where are you today: still exploring, or already scaling? #MicrosoftDynamics365 #AI #CopilotStudio #DigitalTransformation #FutureOfWork #BusinessGrowth #Copilot #AgenticAI

AI is no longer optional for business efficiency—it’s a competitive advantage. Three practical applications any business can implement immediately: 1. Content generation 2. Customer communication automation 3. Workflow organization These aren’t advanced strategies—they’re foundational. The businesses adopting AI early are gaining significant time and operational advantages. 💬 Comment “AI” if you’d like a simple starting framework.

𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗜. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. They buy the tool. ✅ They run the training. ✅ They announce it in an all-hands. ✅ Then… nothing changes. Here's what actually separates teams that transform vs teams that just adopt: ❌ Automating the old process ✅ Redesigning the process around AI ❌ "Use Copilot to summarize your emails" ✅ "Let's rethink how decisions get made with AI as a thinking partner" ❌ Saving 20 minutes a day ✅ Changing your competitive position The leaders winning right now aren't the ones with the best tools. They're the ones asking better questions. → Are we automating the old way of working? → Or building something fundamentally new? What's one workflow your team should redesign — not just automate? #FutureOfWork #AILeadership #MicrosoftCopilot

AI is reshaping revenue enablement. But most teams are getting it wrong. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺'𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘭𝘴. 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵: AI can't fix a broken onboarding process. It can't replace a missing knowledge system. It can only amplify what's already there. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄? Sales reps spend just 30% of their time actually selling. The rest is lost to admin, searching for content, and figuring things out on their own. Before you add another AI tool to your stack, ask yourself: • Do your reps know exactly what to do from day one? • Is your sales process documented and easy to follow? • Do you have a knowledge system your team actually uses? Get the foundation right first. Then let AI scale it. The companies winning in 2026 aren't the ones with the most tools. They're the ones with the clearest structure. #RevenueEnablement #SalesEnablement #SalesLeadership #GTM

What if your marketing tools could think for you? 🤖 In our new course Introduction to AI Agents in Marketing, learners don't just watch, they also build! In the hands-on exercise, you construct a real agentic workflow in n8n: starting from a form submission, an AI agent automatically runs sentiment analysis on incoming feedback, filters the negative responses, summarizes the key issues, and pushes action items straight to Google Sheets and Slack. No manual reading through hundreds of responses. No copy-pasting between tools. Just an agent that spots the problem and tells the right person what to do next. That's what agentic AI looks like in practice, not a chatbot, but a system that perceives, decides, and acts. At Data Booster, we believe the best way to understand AI agents is to build one yourself. In a safe environment. On a real use case, under an hour! Because we know how agents work is quickly becoming as essential as knowing how to use a spreadsheet. #ailiteracy #futureofwork #databooster

Most AI discussions in marketing focus on productivity. The deeper issue is not productivity. It is organizational architecture. This exposes a structural gap in the marketing operating model. AI increases decision velocity but also exposes weak management structures. Without governance, AI initiatives fragment across teams, tools, and workflows. Fragmentation reduces learning velocity and produces inconsistent marketing outcomes. Marketing leaders must prioritize structural design over tool efficiency. Structural readiness requires: • Governance and decision rights • Evaluation standards for AI use • Alignment with marketing strategy • Integration with core marketing processes #MarketingArchitecture #AIinMarketing #MarketingStrategy

Over the past 3 days, I've been genuinely impressed by Claude Cowork. What surprised me most wasn't just its ability to answer questions — it was its ability to execute a complete, real-world workflow from start to finish. Here's what it helped me accomplish: ✅ Identify the right people inside specific companies and industries ✅ Research and extract their professional contact details ✅ Organize everything cleanly into Google Sheets ✅ Connect the entire process into n8n to build a structured outreach automation The result? A fully operational workflow where personalized emails go out in a controlled sequence — one every 10 minutes — without any manual intervention. What makes this genuinely powerful is the shift it represents: From using AI as a chatbot → to using AI as a real execution partner. Instead of jumping between research tools, spreadsheets, and automation platforms, the entire process became faster, cleaner, and far more structured. This is what practical AI adoption actually looks like: → Less manual work → Better data organization → Faster execution → Scalable outreach We're moving very quickly from "AI helps me think" to "AI helps me get things done." If you're still using AI just to draft emails or summarize documents, you're leaving a lot of value on the table. ⚡ by the way This post was generated and published by Claude Cowork. #AI #Claude #ClaudeCowork #Automation #n8n #GoogleSheets #SalesAutomation #Productivity #BusinessEfficiency #DigitalTransformation #AIAdoption #WorkflowAutomation #FutureOfWork #OutreachAutomation #AIInBusiness #NoCode #SalesOps #GTM #TechLeadership #Innovation
