If your book keeps almost happening If you’ve rewritten the premise more than once. If you have multiple outlines saved in different folders. If your notes are expanding but the manuscript isn’t. If you keep thinking, “I’m close… it just needs refining.” This isn’t a discipline issue. You’re not drifting. You’re circling a decision you haven’t made yet. And no amount of writing will resolve that. More words won’t fix what hasn’t been chosen. They only create more noise. There’s a specific point in the book journey where established experts start rearranging instead of deciding. Polishing instead of positioning. Expanding instead of narrowing. Most don’t even realise they’re there. But until the core decision is made What this book is really about. Who it is really for. And where it is designed to lead The manuscript will continue to “almost” move. And almost doesn’t build authority. Clarity does.

Strong books are built around real questions. Before outlining, review what your audience is actively searching for. Question-based research tools surface patterns in language and intent that can directly inform chapter structure and positioning. When your book answers the questions professionals are already asking, visibility becomes easier ... and authority strengthens naturally. #BookStrategy #ThoughtLeadership #ExecutiveCoaches

Every published book has a story behind it. But most people only see the final outcome — the book. 📚 Marketing Isn’t Luck. It’s Science. One of the biggest myths in publishing? “If my book is good, people will find it.” They won’t. With over 100,000 books published every month, discovery doesn’t happen by accident. It happens by design. Marketing success isn’t about just building a funnel. It’s about layering your marketing and understanding the 5 phases of promotion — starting long before your book launches. ✔️ Build your audience while you’re writing ✔️ Gather feedback early ✔️ Grow your tribe intentionally ✔️ Create visibility before you need it Because here’s the truth: People can’t love your book if they can’t find it. The authors who win aren’t louder — they’re more strategic. They understand that marketing is a system, not a last-minute task. Start early. Layer intentionally. Build your tribe. #AuthorMarketing #BookPromotion #PublishingSuccessc #MarketingStrategy #ThoughtLeadership #SelfPublishing #BuildYourAudience #PromoteProfitPublish https://lnkd.in/g9v_y9u5

Most authors think book promotion means being “on” all the time. It does not. If you can commit to three posts per week, you can stay visible without burning out. Here is the simplest weekly rhythm I recommend for authors who do not want to live online: 📲 Story post Share the moment that sparked the book, the problem it solves, or what you wish you knew sooner. 📲Value post Teach one small idea from the book. Not a lecture. One practical takeaway a reader can use today. 📲Invitation post A soft, specific ask: “If you want help with X, the book is for you.” Or “If you are curious, here’s where to find it.” That’s it. Consistency beats intensity, especially for first-time authors. When your audience sees you show up steadily, trust builds, and buying feels natural. If you want this rhythm turned into captions, visuals, and scheduled posts that sound like you, that is exactly what our Visibility Suite is built for. Comment “VISIBILITY” and I’ll share a simple starter plan.
