As 2025 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on a year that tested me in more ways than one. It was a year of challenges, moments of uncertainty, and lessons that didn’t always come easy. But it was also a year of resilience, perspective, and growth—both professionally and personally. I’m deeply grateful for the people who stood by me through it all: colleagues who showed trust and collaboration, leaders who offered support, friends who checked in, and family who remained my constant anchor. You reminded me that progress isn’t always linear, and strength often comes from those around us. This year reinforced an important truth for me: setbacks refine us, empathy matters, and perseverance always pays forward in ways we don’t immediately see. As I look ahead to 2026, I do so with renewed clarity, humility, and optimism—ready to build, contribute, and grow with purpose.
