Last week, I had the pleasure of joining the Talent Builders | Paris Chapter, hosted by IE University, bringing together senior HR and L&D leaders for an inspiring exchange on “The Human Edge in the Age of AI.” Led by Prof. dr. Nick van Dam, globally recognized leader in corporate learning and talent transformation, the session challenged us to reflect on a critical question: 👉 In a world accelerated by AI, what leadership capabilities truly make the difference? We explored how forward-thinking organizations are: - Strengthening leadership skills that drive adaptability and resilience - Building innovative, future-ready learning cultures - Empowering people through continuous development - Aligning talent strategies closely with evolving business goals What stood out most to me was the strong focus on leadership skills — not only technical readiness for AI, but the human capabilities that matter even more: critical thinking, empathy, learning agility, ethical judgment, and the ability to lead through ambiguity. Grateful to be part of this meaningful dialogue and to continue shaping leadership development with the human edge at the center of transformation. #TalentBuilders #LearningAndDevelopment #HRLeadership #LeadershipSkills #FutureOfWork #AI #LeadershipDevelopment #LearningCulture #IEUniversity
