🧪🏃♀️ Celebrating Lab Week with a 5K! 🏃♂️🧪 Every day, medical laboratory professionals and pathologists make vital contributions to healthcare and patient advocacy. At BD, we deeply value these health heroes around the world – from those on our team, helping us develop the next generation of innovative solutions, to those in the field, analyzing samples and delivering the results that can make all the difference for providers and their patients. On April 22 and throughout #LabWeek, associates in our headquarters and around the world celebrated this impact by lacing up their sneakers and participating in the BD Specimen Management Lab Week Run 5k to raise awareness and funds to support future laboratory professionals through the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS).
