Generative AI is increasingly being used in teaching and learning, but using it effectively requires more than simply asking a question and accepting the answer. It involves a process: crafting the right prompt, analysing the information generated, synthesising insights, and evaluating the accuracy of the results. AI can support learning, but critical thinking must remain at the centre of the learning process. How can educators ensure that Generative AI enhances learning rather than replacing genuine understanding? #AIinEducation #GenerativeAI #ResponsibleAI #AcademicIntegrity #DigitalLearning

When AI enters a classroom, something interesting happens. If the learning design is weak, AI exposes it immediately. If the learning design is strong, AI amplifies it. The tool isn’t the variable. Alignment is. Before asking: “How do we use AI?” We should be asking: “What problem are we solving?” Technology accelerates. It doesn’t clarify. That’s our job. What design decision has AI forced you to rethink? #AIinEducation #EdTech #InstructionalDesign #FutureOfLearning #DigitalTransformation

As AI becomes more integrated into education, one question stands out: 👉 Are we automating learning or improving it? At ZyroSpace, we believe the answer lies in balance. https://zyrospace.org/ AI should support learning, not replace the human element that makes education meaningful. The future belongs to systems where technology and educators work together. #EducationInnovation #AI #Learning #DigitalTransformation

What used to take hours now takes minutes 📚 What once felt static is now interactive 🧩 What depended on access is becoming available to anyone, anywhere. But the real shift isn’t speed—it’s how we think, explore, and understand. #AI isn’t replacing #learning. It’s reshaping it. Curious how AI solutions change #education? https://lnkd.in/d9SAJAKy

A new way of learning, powered by our AI tool. We see that in today’s reality, freeing up entire teams for training while maintaining productivity is becoming increasingly difficult, especially when expectations remain high and teams are expected to keep performing at their best while continuing to learn. That is exactly where our approach comes in. We are developing an AI-driven tool that brings microlearning into the daily flow of work, by delivering short, practical inputs focused on specific parts of a product or way of working, making it easier to involve larger groups without disrupting operations. At the same time, the tool supports structured follow-up through simple knowledge checks, giving clear insight into what has been understood and what still needs attention. In this way, learning becomes lighter, more continuous and easier to scale, while still driving real understanding and application. More soon. #AI #microlearning #learninganddevelopment #futureofwork #gamechangers

If I could change one assessment habit in the age of AI, it would be this: 🔴Stop treating written submissions as the end of the learning process.🔴 A report, essay, or project should not be the final word; it should be the starting point for dialogue. Because today, with AI tools available, a polished document alone no longer tells us much about what the learner actually understands. But when we discuss the work with the student, everything changes. Ask them: ▪️Why did you approach the problem this way❓ ▪️What alternatives did you consider❓ ▪️What part of the argument is truly yours❓ ▪️What would you improve if you had more time❓ Suddenly, the focus shifts back to what assessment was always meant to measure: thinking, reasoning, and understanding. AI can help produce text. But dialogue reveals comprehension. I spoke about this idea in a recent podcast segment with Jackie Pelegrin, where we discussed how conversation and reflection can transform summative assessment into a deeper learning experience. 🎧 Watch the short segment here: https://lnkd.in/d8ADEVsE 💭 Curious to hear from educators and trainers here: Do you discuss learners’ submissions with them, and if you could change one assessment habit in the age of AI, what would it be? #AIinEducation #AssessmentForLearning #HigherEducation #InstructionalDesign #AcademicIntegrity #CriticalThinking

AI is making students smarter… and more dependent. A student recently told me: “I use AI for everything.” So I asked him one question: “Can you solve it without AI?” He paused. That pause is what worries me. AI is powerful. But if it replaces your thinking, it limits your growth. Are we becoming better learners or just more dependent? Watch this 👇 #AI #FutureSkills #AIinEducation #StudentSuccess #Learning

Anthropic Learning Series 01 AI Fluency: Framework and Foundations A few days ago, I shared about the free AI learning platform launched by Anthropic. Curiosity got the better of me… so I started exploring it. I’ve just completed my first certification: AI Fluency – Framework and Foundations. I’m planning to share what I learn from each course as I go through the program. One concept from this course really stood out: the AI Fluency Framework. It explains that working effectively with AI comes down to four key skills: Delegation Understanding what work should be done by humans, what AI should do, and what we should do together. AI isn’t meant to replace thinking — it’s meant to redistribute tasks intelligently. Description Clearly communicating with AI. The better we define the output, context, format, and approach, the better the results we get. Discernment Critically evaluating what AI produces — checking accuracy, reasoning, and whether the output actually solves the problem. Diligence Taking responsibility for how AI is used — being transparent about AI involvement and verifying outputs before sharing them. The course also explains that AI interaction generally happens in three modes: Automation – AI executes tasks Augmentation – humans and AI collaborate Agency – AI performs tasks independently once configured. For me, the biggest takeaway from this first course was simple: AI fluency is less about tools and more about how we think and collaborate with AI systems. This is just the first step in the journey. I’ll keep sharing key learnings as I go through the next courses. If others are exploring the platform as well, would love to hear what stood out. #AI #AILearning #AIFluency #AIForAll
