Ash Rathod’s Post

Every Brand Has Energy: But How Do You Activate It? Some brands just feel alive. You see their ideas everywhere. People talk about them. Their momentum seems to grow on its own. Others? They slowly fade into the background. What makes a brand interesting, engaging, innovative and worth talking about? And when that energy disappears, brands lose visibility, and relevance. So the real question is: How do you get that energy in the first place? And when it becomes 'blocked' how do yo reactivate it? We're going to dig into: - Why some brands feel electric while others feel flat - How collaboration unlocks new momentum - Why the best ideas often start with informal conversations - How to unblock creative energy when brands get stuck And yes… we’ll also have a secret guest sneaking in through the Cooler’s back door. See you next Friday at 4pm UK time

Ash Rathod The difference between a brand that feels alive and one that feels dead usually isn't money or talent. It's permission. The brands that stay electric let things ship before they're perfect....because energy dies in approval loops. They have real casual conversations where half-formed ideas can actually breathe. They bring in outside people who don't think like them. And they're willing to cut what's not working instead of just piling more stuff on top. Energy isn't something you create. It's what's left when you stop killing it... 🙂

The way a brand carries energy often comes down to how intentionally it connects with its audience and nurtures creativity internally. When ideas flow freely and collaboration is encouraged, momentum becomes contagious.

Blocked creative energy usually shows up as a brand playing it safe because nobody in the room feels safe enough to say the weird idea out loud Ash.

Collaboration requires everyone to have a view point but to not have an ego that’s not willing to back down.

My brand has seen me lose people because I'm so straight forward speaking it makes some people feel uncomfortable.
