We’re thrilled to welcome Virupakshappa Sangappa (Viru) as our Director - Strategic Sourcing at Arche.   With 18 years of experience in procurement and sourcing, Viru has led high-impact initiatives across leading global organizations including IBM, Honeywell, Flextronics, and Essae-Teraoka. His expertise spans manufacturing, repair operations, shared services, and outsourcing.   At IBM, Viru drove multi-million dollar savings through S2P transformation, implemented value-driven procurement models, and championed continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
