We did it!!!! Well done, Auckland. On Sunday, we stood in front of a sold-out Go Media NZ Stadium, feeling the energy, the excitement, and the incredible spirit built from the ground up as our Auckland FC team won the league and brought home the Premiers plate - a first for NZ. Just over a year ago, there was no team, but there was a big vision and incredible people driven to bring that to life with and for the community. Consequently, Auckland's team hasn’t just won the league, they’ve won hearts and changed fandom in NZ. They've brought connection, community, hope, pride, and a whole new sense of possibility. In just 408 days, Auckland FC • Became the first New Zealand team to claim silverware in an Australian league. • Had 6 wins from their first 6 games - the best debut season start ever. • Went 532 minutes before conceding a first goal - a league record. • Attained 17,591 average home crowd size - the highest in the league. • Experienced 27,009 fans at the NZ Derby - a new domestic record. Auckland FC is built on gratitude, passion, and believing in something bigger than ourselves, fueled by voices, drums, dreams, talent, and determination coming together. Congrats to the Team, the Port, our Sponsors, Partners, Supporters, Future Dreamers, Players, and Go-Getters! This is just the beginning.
Simply awesome, what an amazing achievement in such a short timeframe!

Love this. Nailed it.
Ryan Reynolds & Rob McElhenney - it's time for you two to collaborate with Taika Waititi and do a crossover with Wrexham. Whaddaya say Anna?
