Yeah, most ridiculous rating ever. I'm looking at someone hired in our ATS with a score of 68, over candidates in the 90s....who were completely NOT qualified so we never interviewed. And another who went to final interview - scored a zero! How is that even possible when she met all the requirements? It's a racket, I tell ya!

Id personally like to know the score outcome if the person hits all the points for experience and skills but doesn't have the degree. What's the percentage weight on that?

ATS score is the person on your TA team that has no experience in recruiting but think they know everything in recruiting. They think their advice is solid but they end up frustrating you. You tried to teach them, but they refused to learn. You eventually sending them off to another non-recruiting task. Then the person leaves. They declare recruiting is broken and tell everyone how to beat the ATS
