I guess it’s my turn to make this post… Last week, I was part of the layoffs at LinkedIn, alongside so many incredibly talented people. Over the past 6 years, I got to work with countless amazing instructors and wonderful teammates. At the end of every production, we’d always say, “that’s a wrap!” Looks like this time it was for me! 🎬 What a fun chapter. I learned a ton, met incredible people, survived endless calendar invites, and got very good at keeping organized chaos moving. But, the people were always my favorite part. I feel really lucky to have worked with teams and instructors that were smart, creative, funny, and genuinely kind. I’m still my optimistic self and truly feel I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be! So… onto the next adventure! ✨

Amy, you are an amazing woman, talented, dedicated and such a joy to have worked with! I was blessed and lucky to work with you and I’m so sorry to hear you were part of this! How can I be of support? I’m happy to write you a rec or anything that can help in your next chapter. Wherever you land, I know they will be lucky to have you!! Sending you much love!

Hi Amy, I just wanted to say that I’m really sad the recent layoffs affected you. You know you’re awesome. I’m sure you’ll land somewhere great quickly, and I’ll definitely be rooting for you. If you ever want to chat, brainstorm, vent, or network, I’m here.🫂

Seriously gonna miss getting to be on the same team, Amy Holguin. Getting to onboard with you when you transitioned to FTE status was such a gift. You are one of the most creative 🧶, warm, and thoughtful humans I know. Grateful our paths crossed and excited to see what you create next. Oh. And I'm still very proud of us for making it to lunch off campus that ONE time!

Good luck to you, Amy - you are a great producer, so I am sure you will land on your feet!

Amy, when I say you're one of my favorite people please don't think I'm making the rounds saying that to everyone. You truly are. I loved every conversation, every collaboration, every "what do we do now" laughing/crying brainstorm. You are one in a million and I'm really going to miss working with you.

Amy, I’m so sorry to hear this. I always appreciated the extra attention you gave to my courses. And it always showed once they came out. And your organization skills? Second to none. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there is anything you might need: referral, recommendation, reference, etc.

You’re a gem, Amy. Genuine, talented, incredibly smart and organized. I’m so excited to see your next chapter unfold and which lucky team gets to learn from you. (And thank you for introducing me to the best dentist ever 😁)

Amy, I'm so sad and will miss you friend! I appreciate you being my go to for all things tech! Your kind and patient way you handled your instructors as well as your teammates made it a joy to work with you. I know your next team will be lucky to have you! Hugs friend.

You’re the best Amy Holguin at what you do!! I’m so glad to have worked with you. I can’t wait to see what you do next

Amy, what a joy it has been to work with you. Your talent, humor, and warmth shine in everything you do. I know this is only the beginning of what you will accomplish. Think big and go be great!
